Terms of Use
What CryptoScout is
CryptoScout is an informational research tool. It aggregates public market and blockchain data and shows analysis in Telegram. The service is provided “as is”.
Not financial advice
Nothing in CryptoScout is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Reports, scores, verdicts, and AI summaries are automated research helpers only.
No accuracy guarantee
Data may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or unavailable. Third-party APIs can fail, rate-limit, or change without notice. CryptoScout does not guarantee the correctness of metrics, risk scores, or insights.
No custody and no transactions
- CryptoScout does not hold user assets
- CryptoScout does not connect to wallets
- CryptoScout does not sign, send, or confirm transactions
- CryptoScout never needs your seed phrase or private key
No asset-safety guarantee
A low risk score, a “Healthy” DeFi verdict, or the absence of scam flags does not mean an asset, wallet, or protocol is safe. Always do your own research and do not risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
Not AML and not an audit
CryptoScout is not an AML screening product, a compliance service, or a professional security audit.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you interpret reports and for any decisions you make. If you rely on CryptoScout output, you do so at your own risk.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the bot (bulk automated requests, attempts to extract private data, illegal activity). The operator may limit or refuse service.
Website
This website explains the product and leads to the Telegram bot. Campaign and UTM parameters may be used to understand traffic sources.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
