Crypto wallet checker

Public-address analysis in the CryptoScout Telegram bot. Not an AML check.

CryptoScout’s crypto wallet checker builds a structured report for a public address. You paste an address; the bot does not connect a wallet, request a seed phrase, or sign a transaction. The result is on-chain analysis from public APIs — a research snapshot, not a verdict that the wallet is “safe” or “dirty”.

What the wallet checker analyzes

For a supported network, CryptoScout assembles a wallet overview from several public providers and shows it in Telegram:

• Native balance and a portfolio snapshot of token holdings
• Estimated total value when USD pricing is available
• Activity: transaction count, first seen, last activity, incoming vs outgoing
• Top assets in the report (holdings are capped so the chat stays readable)
• On EVM reports, NFT count when the source returns it; obvious spam tokens may be hidden
• On TRON reports, TRC-20 holdings and available network resources (energy / bandwidth)
• A confidence score for how complete the data looks — not a risk-of-funds score
• An optional AI comment that explains the snapshot without calling the wallet safe

The bot labels this clearly: it is analysis of public blockchain data, not an AML screening product, a professional audit, or financial advice.

Supported networks

Wallet analysis currently supports:

• Ethereum
• BNB Chain
• Base
• Arbitrum
• Polygon
• TRON

Solana wallets are not supported yet. Token contracts on Solana can still be screened in the token security checker.

Data sources

EVM wallet reports pull from Alchemy, Moralis, and Etherscan when those providers respond. TRON wallet reports use TRONSCAN. CryptoScout then compares coverage (which sources answered), native-balance agreement across EVM sources, and source quality. If only one source answers — typical for TRON — confidence is capped and the report notes that.

Missing or delayed APIs produce a partial report rather than a fake “complete” picture. That is why the confidence score exists: it describes data quality, not wallet reputation.

How to run a wallet check

1. Open CryptoScout in Telegram.
2. Open Wallets, or send a command such as /wallet eth 0x… or /wallet tron T….
3. Paste a public address only. Do not send a seed phrase or private key.

There is no WalletConnect step and no on-chain approval. If someone claiming to be CryptoScout asks for a recovery phrase, that is not this product.

Wallet checker vs token security checker

The wallet checker describes what a public address holds and how active it has been. It does not scan every token in the portfolio for honeypots. For a specific contract, use the token security checker (including honeypot / sell-blocked signals).

What this tool is not

• Not an AML, KYC, or sanctions-screening service
• Not a guarantee that a wallet is legitimate or safe to interact with
• Not custody, trading, or transaction signing
